Free Local Delivery and Customer Pickup

 

J1 Kitchen Equipment is pleased to offer FREE delivery of all equipment to any destination within 20 miles of our Woodside, NY showroom and warehouse, zip code 11377. Customer pickup is also available to customers. Delivery service is curbside only. Under special circumstances inside delivery can be arranged to the New York region. J1 does not handle equipment installation, although we are happy to refer you to such businesses if you ask.

Shipping Times

 

In stock items shipped from the J1 Kitchen Equipment are generally shipped within 3 days of order. Orders shipped direct from the factory typically ship in about 7-10 days. If any delays are expected you will be notified immediately and will always have the option of canceling your order. Most of our products will have an estimated ship time listed on the product page. Adding certain options may change the estimated shipping time for a particular product. We do not guarantee shipping times but will certainly do our best to get deliveries to you as quickly as possible. The Company neither accepts responsibility for crating and packaging performance, nor damage to merchandise after it leaves our warehouse or that of our suppliers. Typical transit time is 3-4 days depending on your location.

Returns

What is your Return Policy?

 

J1 Kitchen Equipment will accept the return of in stock, unused, non-customized item for up to 7 days from receipt of order, and the purchase price will be refunded immediately. Beyond 7 days we do not accept returns. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging. Custom built products such as ranges with special options or built to order products cannot be canceled or returned as these will be custom built to order specifically for you. You will be sent a Special Order disclaimer to approve if your equipment is non-returnable.  

We cannot accept returns of used or damaged equipment.  Refusal of damaged shipment is not considered a return, please refuse any shipment that arrives with unacceptable damage. Return shipping should be paid by buyer unless it is refused due to damage. If your product arrived crated, it must be returned crated in order to ensure that it arrives safely. Free shipping offers do not apply to return shipping. Performance issues must be remedied through a warranty and shall not be used as a basis for non-payment. All equipment should be inspected for damage and if the damage is found, refuse it.
